Some products are available to purchase before they arrive in stock. These are marked as Pre-Order on our website.
How to Identify a Pre-Order Item
When browsing our website:
- The product name will have the Pre-Order label next to it.
- An estimated dispatch date will be displayed below the Add to Bag button.
Please note that this is an estimated date based on when we expect to receive the stock into our warehouse and may be subject to change.
How to Place a Pre-Order
Placing a pre-order is just like placing a standard order:
- Add the pre-order item to your shopping bag.
- Proceed through the checkout as normal.
- Complete your purchase using your preferred payment method.
When Will My Pre-Order Be Dispatched?
Once the stock arrives at our warehouse, your pre-order item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
When your order has been shipped, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Important Information
- The dispatch date shown on the product page is an estimate and is based on our expected stock arrival date.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be dispatched separately depending on stock availability.
- If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive a separate dispatch confirmation email for each parcel.
