Once an order is dispatched you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking number. You will also receive an email from our courier confirming the dispatch and tracking number.
An alternative is using the Track My Order link on our website, please insert your order number and email address and it will provide you with your tracking.
Please note we dispatch from 2 warehouse locations in the UK and your order may arrive in multiple packages on different dates.
Items that are listed as Pre-Order with a “Dispatched by” date on the product page as shown in the image bellow will also be dispatched separately, by the date specified. You will receive a separate dispatch email with tracking details when each part of your order ships.
Once an order is marked as complete in your account section and you will also receive an email notification, all items have been dispatched from our warehouses.
