Items must be returned in their original condition and unused, and re-packaged in the original packaging.
Return Timeframe
Items can only be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Information
If you return an item because you no longer want it:
- A £3.50 return postage fee will be deducted from your refund
- Any original delivery charges are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned if they are not in their original sealed packaging or if the 14-day return period has passed:
- Mattress toppers and bedding protectors
- Duvets and duvet covers
- Pillows and pillowcases
- Mattresses
- Bed sheets
